The exterior of the villa is an original stone architecture while the interior delights with a combination of unique details of stone and wood. The villa is located just a few meters from the sea on a spacious private property of 130,000 square meters, and this completely renovated building of 92m2 is surrounded by untouched nature. The villa has two bedrooms, one bathroom and one toilet and is ideal for comfortable accommodation for 4 people, and if necessary, it is possible to accommodate an additional 3 people on extra beds. The unique kitchen is fully equipped and adapted to the modern way of life. To further relax, an outdoor jacuzzi is also available. As the access road to the villa is a gravel road, an off-road vehicle is available to guests throughout their stay to explore other gravel roadsaround the island. In addition to the off-road vehicle, you can also use a 5 meter long boat with a 5 hp engine and explore the nearby hidden coves (use of the vehicle and boat is without fuel).
